Program
The three-day program highlights the amazing work undertaken by First Nations land and water managers from across the country, celebrating and showcasing their achievements looking after Country.
Throughout the Forum, there will be opportunities for rangers to build networks and partnerships with each other and government representatives, sharing and celebrating unique First Nations culture and knowledge.
Presentations will be in the form of keynotes, breakouts, ranger sharing sessions, panel discussions and fireside chats.
In addition to speeches and presentations in the main plenary, delegates will be able to choose from a wide range of breakout sessions throughout the course of the Forum.
Day One will start with a Welcome to Country, featuring a very special Saltwater Welcome Ceremony. The morning will also feature presentations from distinguished speakers. In the afternoon, delegates will be able to select from a choice of on-Country visits and experiences offsite and in-house.
Days Two and Three will kick off with keynote presentations, before breaking out into a range of sessions from which delegates will be able to choose, with the dinner and night market featuring on Day Two at the Darwin Convention Centre.
Running through the full three days of the Forum, an Interactive Marketplace will provide a hub for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among organisations committed to empowering First Nations communities in their stewardship of land and water resources.
